Hoy fui al @bbva_peru para pedir reducir mi línea de crédito y cambiar el tipo de tarjeta. Tras 20 minutos de espera la persona que me atendió me indicó que no era posible, que podían aumentarme la línea de crédito en cualquier momento, pero no reducirla, que quizás si volvía en unas semanas podían hacer algo. Le indiqué que era absurdo y abusivo con los clientes que no te permitan reducir tu línea de crédito, pero sí aumentarla en cualquier momento. Pedí el libro de reclamaciones, me indicó que no tenían uno físico, que ahora todo era virtual.

Bueno, llamé. Una hora al teléfono, donde me indicaron que debía hacer el trámite en agencia. Me pelotearon entre 4 personas que me hacían empezar todo el cuestionario nuevamente. Al final me iban a derivar a llenar el libro por teléfono y se cortó.

Fui al canal virtual y resulta que cuando das click a "Libro de reclamaciones" no te aparece un formulario para llenar, sino que se te abre un chatbot para ver cuál fue tu problema y responder varias preguntas hasta que finalmente accedes a un asistente virtual del mismo BBVA, para lo cual debes iniciar sesión en banca por Internet. El asesor inicia nuevamente con las largas preguntas. Le consulté en qué norma se amparaban para que fueran ellos quienes llenaran el libro y no los clientes, me dijo que su intención era ayudarme.

El libro de reclamaciones es, por naturaleza, una herramienta de protección a los consumidores. No puede ponerse trabas a los clientes para llenar de forma independiente la información ni agregar filtros medios parcializados. Además, en ningún caso debería haber formas diferenciadas de contratar y reducir o anular servicios. ¿La @SBSPERU avala este filtro para llenar un libro de reclamaciones que ha implementado el @bbva_peru? ¿@IndecopiOficial puede hacer algo para devolverle el poder a la gente de llenar sus reclamos sin la presión del personal de un Banco?
