@rti_we Problems of Bank employees are not exercising bipartite given right, employees are becoming dumb whenever deviations are insisted and mainly they want everything to be done by somebody else and even won't oppose any violations insisted to initiate.

Each exit in PSB in the way retirement, promotion, resignation etc deserves a recruitment. Banks increased size of business, customer and transaction so demand of recruitment is justifiable
