Rookie Duties

We load and clean the bus. We do anything the vets say in to avoid a max fine, but get them anyway. We are the team bitches and we are proud.

Lucky I got to hang out with @CancerTeammate and be the DD all night. I had an awesome time he's the best.

One of the vets is scratched so I'm bringing him beverages while he tans outside because it's my job to make him happy.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Gave away all of my spare sticks to the vets for their summer stock collection. I need to buy some but that's okay. They deserve it.

Playoffs. So close to ending my year as a rook. Hopefully the almighty returning vets will grant me the opportunity to become one of them.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Got coffee for all the vets and brought it to each of their individual billet houses. They need to be energized. Big day of practice today!

Vet appreciation. Already dropped $100 on my vet. I hope he likes lulu lemon gear. Halfway done shopping for them. #AllHailTheVets

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Vet appreciation week. My favorite time of the year. I can't wait to spoil them. They really deserve it.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

I have more of a chance of walking to the practice facility than sitting shotgun. That's where the almighty vets belong.

[The Cancer Teammate @CancerTeammate]

Made a bet with that loser @RookieDuties that if he hits 1000 followers by tomorrow he has to tie my skates for the rest of the year. Do it.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

One of the vets forgot his toiletry bag for the road trip so I ran down to Walgreens and picked him up some stuff. It was only like 5 miles.

[The Cancer Teammate @CancerTeammate]

Got pulled over, cop must've known me cause of my stats or something. He'd let me off if I signed a shirt for his kid. I only sign tits bro.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Tag @RookieDuties and let us know what all you rooks do for your team. Let it be known what we do for the vets.

Really tough to see a young hockey player pass away at such an early age. Thoughts and prayers to the Fischer family. #RIPRyanFischer

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Gave up my spot on the pp to our 20 bomb captain vet. He deserves it far more than I do. I suck.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

As soon as I buy a new role of clear tape, I automatically give it to the vets. I'm a good rook.

[The Cancer Teammate @CancerTeammate]

Love the nhl trade deadline

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Got to the rink early today so I could pack every vets bag for the roady tonight. Left a full tin on each of their seats on the bus too.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Court brings out the worst in everyone. Do what you gotta do to get yourself out of a fine even if that means throwing someone under the bus

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

I pray for the day that a vet will give me a credit in court.

[Rookie Duties @RookieDuties]

Gave the vets an all access pass to wheel my sister cause I'm a good rook.
