After co-inventing ChatGPT, I kept asking myself: why have superhuman chat models not led to AGI?
I’ve spent the last 2 years in stealth building a new way to train models (RLCD), and a new type of frontier AI model that we are releasing today: Jev
• 20-200x faster
• 40-400x cheaper (w/ output tokens free)
• Frontier composable intelligence optimized for decisions
AFAICT the shortest path to AI-based economic revolution
Two Anthropic seniors just made Karpathy's loop 1000x better with "Graph Engineering" - dropped 11-page PDF
the shift: the agentic systems got 1000x better the moment you wired agents into a graph
here's the playbook in 6 steps:
step 1 → build one loop: generate, critique, revise - one self-review cycle beats a smarter model with none
step 2 → add tools: search, code execution, database - thinking without tools is hallucinating
step 3 → go parallel: spin up agents in separate worktrees - same repo, different branches, no conflicts
step 4 → add a graph: agents write findings as typed nodes and edges - not transcripts - every claim keeps its source
step 5 → ground your evaluator: it checks claims against graph edges, not vibes - "Triple not found" beats "seems off"
step 6 → the graph survives every session - your agents stop rebuilding context from scratch
the result: Karpathy ran 1 agent in 1 direction - this system runs 1,000 with shared memory - same model, it's the architecture
read this 11-page PDF and paste it into your Claude - you won't regret it

this is actually insane
> be tech guy in australia
> adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live
> not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4
> pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA
> feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold
> zero background in biology
> identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets
> design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch
> genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own
> need ethics approval to administer it
> red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine
> 3 months, finally approved
> drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection
> tumor halves
> coat gets glossy again
> dog is alive and happy
> professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?”
one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline.
we are going to cure so many diseases.
I dont think people realize how good things are going to get
it is fucking wild how instead of reading this article people are just pointing their AI agents at it, telling it to read it itself and “update” accordingly 🤯
i feel like im in a vortex that’s pulling away so fucking fast from the rest of the world
no one outside of our niche bubble knows what’s around the corner.
so much shit is about to be automated.
I'm Boris and I created Claude Code. Lots of people have asked how I use Claude Code, so I wanted to show off my setup a bit.
My setup might be surprisingly vanilla! Claude Code works great out of the box, so I personally don't customize it much. There is no one correct way to use Claude Code: we intentionally build it in a way that you can use it, customize it, and hack it however you like. Each person on the Claude Code team uses it very differently.
So, here goes.
a war is about to break out and the president of Colombia is posting real-time intelligence via information he got from a Valorant team's whatsapp group chat. this is 2026 https://t.co/SKEbS1paBA
THE WORLD'S LARGEST FINANCIAL SECRET JUST ENDED
For 30+ years, Japan exported the cheapest money in human history. Near zero rates. Infinite liquidity. Trillions borrowed in yen, deployed into every asset class on Earth.
That era died this week.
The numbers no one is discussing:
Bank of Japan ETF holdings: $534 billion.
Disposal timeline just announced: Over 100 years. December 19 rate hike probability: 90%.
New rate: 0.75%. Highest since 1995.
Japan's US Treasury holdings: $1.189 trillion. Largest foreign holder.
10 year JGB yield: 1.96%. Highest since 2007.
30 and 40 year yields: All time records.
The pattern no one wants to acknowledge:
March 2024 BOJ hike. Bitcoin fell 23%.
July 2024 BOJ hike. Bitcoin fell 26%.
January 2025 BOJ hike. Bitcoin fell 31%.
December 19th approaches.
Here is what changed:
The BOJ is no longer buying. It is selling. For the first time in history, a major central bank is liquidating assets accumulated through quantitative easing. Not slowing purchases. Reversing them.
The yen carry trade funded your tech stocks. Your bonds. Your crypto. Your pension. Every leveraged position traces back to borrowed yen at zero percent.
That funding cost just became 0.75% and rising.
The regime shift:
Markets priced the rate hike. Markets did not price the consequences. The transition from permanent buyer to permanent seller changes every risk calculation in global finance.
What to watch:
USD/JPY below 150 triggers margin calls.
USD/JPY below 145 triggers cascades.
December 19, 2025.
The day the invisible empire begins its century long liquidation.
Position accordingly.
