We decided to release the prompt template early, so you guys have time to prepare for #ChenfordBingo2026

Feel free to fill as many prompts as you want. Remember this is a writing challenge, the ultimate goal is to fill 5 prompts in a row to complete a bingo!

Infos and Rules:

📅When does it start and end?
Posting begins September 1, 2026 and runs until December 31st, 2026. We created a collection on AO3 we will release on September 1st!

✍️ How long should my fic be?
One-Shots: minimum of 2,500 words.
Multi: 1st chapter must be at least 2,500 words.
If you plan to fill two or more prompts with one story, they're only eligble if you have the appropiated word count. (2 Prompts 5000 words; 3 Prompts 7500 words etc.)

📚Can I submit existing works?
No. Only new fics are allowed.

🔖What if I fill a prompt in my ongoing multi fic?
That won’t count. Each entry must be a completely new fic created for #ChenfordBingo2026.

@leasmilenaa 500 words isn't that many more.

Plus, 2500 words is a good outline to establish actual plot within a oneshot. The best number is actually around 3500 words to write a well rounded story.

The Bingo should be a challenge to improve, and obviously challenge yourself :)
