@tescomobile I’ve been waiting over a week for my SIM card to come through the post. Can I have an update as to why I’ve not received my SIM card. Your agent on the live chat said it would be 3 working days. It’s been over 3 working days! Help!
@AmazonHelp Everything I’m asking Aiveen, is greeted with “use the link above” which takes me to the customer service phone number. And they aren’t helping me! I’m paying for Amazon prime and I need to access my account!

@virginmedia just got off the phone to your agent Jamie advising that I’m having troubles with the hub 3 and my tv box I’ve got. He accused me of wasting time if an engineer was called out and that the best way to resolve the issue is to upgrade my package to over £109 pm. Help!

@FirstLeicester I asked your driver if the ticket I’d purchased was suitable to use on ALL bus services in Leicester not just first buses. He said yes. Sadly this was not not the case. Used on Arriva bus but was declined and had to pay for my travel on this bus! Please HELP!
