#WATCH | Delhi: On the United Forum of Bank Unions' call for a two-day strike starting on 24 March, Pankaj Kapoor, Vice President, All India Bank Officers' Confederation, says, " ...This is a joint forum. Whenever a strike happens in the banking industry, it happens through this forum. The reason behind this strike is our demand for a five-day week and acute staff shortage. We have even carried out demonstrations on these issues...the first demand, 5-day week, we had a signed agreement with IBA, a body that represents govt...we met IBA again on 13th (March)...why is there so much delay in implementation?..."
