@TheOfficialSBI it is so difficult to do something simple as applying for Education loan with your bank. Despite raising request on Vidhya Lakshmi portal 5 months back and meeting local bank manager multiple times. We still have no action on application. Sorry state of affairs 😔

@flipkartsupport Neither has the email arrived nor has anyone called, I myself had to call customer service just to listen to the same story that my issue will be resolved in 48 hours.. 25 days have gone by but that 48 hours are still not over sadly..Do you have any escalation mechanism?
