While a lot of people are reacting negatively to the news, this looks like a solid buying opportunity. Delays are normal in this industry — plenty of companies deal with them. Once the rocket performs as it’s supposed to, it should put them in a much stronger position later on. Stay patient and have some conviction.

Gold Cybercab at the Giga Brandenburg Summer Games.

Didn’t expect to walk past this today. The gold looks different in the sun than it does in pictures, and that CYBERCAB lettering on the hood is looks so cool!

Doors up, people crowding around it, factory in the background. Still strange seeing it sitting here instead of on a screen.
Inside it’s almost empty compared to a normal car. Big screen, bench seats, no steering wheel on this one.

Kids were more interested in the doors than anything else - Fair enough.

Pretty cool they actually brought one out for the event.

Anybody who isn’t driving a Tesla still doesn’t get it.

You pull into a Supercharger on a long stretch, plug in, hit the loo, stretch your legs, grab a coffee or something to eat… and by the time you’re done, the car’s ready to go again. No drama, no waiting around. You’re back on the road before you even realise how smooth it was.

The ride itself is just ridiculously comfortable, and the nav works out the whole route for you, showing exactly where to stop and charge so you never have to think about range anxiety.

The only thing still missing in most of Europe is FSD. When that finally lands properly, it’s going to change everything.

Whilst the US gets to enjoy Supervised FSD and unsupervised FSD, we here in the EU sit and wait patiently for a wide roll out.. Missing out on all the hype. I feel that by the time the rest of EU gets FSD the hype will be gone or dead.

I hope that is wont be pushed out further than October. So close yet so far..

Agree on the sentiment washout.
Adding the actual operational numbers from recent updates:
• Record FSD subscriptions & >50% attach rate on new NA deliveries
• Robotaxi unsupervised in multiple cities, paid miles growing fast with clean safety record so far
• Cybercab production live + employee rides already running
• Strong delivery & revenue growth even as margins got hit
Heavy CapEx and some timeline slips are real, but the pieces for the next leg (software + autonomy scale) are moving. These extreme negative moments have historically been better entries than the euphoria peaks.

Nice catch on the job listing. The facilities engineer role explicitly calling out ‘2nm-class chip manufacturing’ + ultra-pure water, bulk gas, and vibration isolation is pretty direct. Curious if this is the Austin prototype fab near Giga Texas or already wording for the larger Grimes County site?

Hell yeah, this nails it. Tesla isn’t flooding the lines with Cybercabs for fun or by accident. They’re building the fleet now because they already know the software is going to be ready to put them to work. Critics keep underestimating the company while Tesla just keeps executing.
