Sorry but I don't think genotype mismatch is enough to let the person you love go.
Adoption exists mehn. There are many children in the world without families, why not find one and make them your family? But oh well, Nigeria.
The whole conversation around fake products is exactly why we advocate frequently for regulation.
You cannot expect the average Nigerian to be a food scientist, pharmacist, chemist and product inspector before they can safely buy toothpaste, food or medicine.
NAFDAC and SON have a job to do. The market needs to be properly regulated, fake products need to be taken off the shelves, and people putting Nigerians’ lives at risk need to be held accountable.
We should not have to gamble with our health every time we go to the market.
Make dem first ban wedding. If you didn’t marry in 2025, sorry for you. Things don serious pass make una dey choose colour of gele.
“Which colour will mummy wear?”
ARE YOU NOT SEEING CAMPAIGN POSTER OUTSIDE?
Nigeria is dangerously not inclusive.
I know this doctor that stammers. When he goes for interview, he sees his colleague spend up to 30 mins, but his interviews doesn't go past 5 mins. He could tell they just want to dismiss him and move to the next person.
The doctor went for his PLAB exam in England. A day was set aside for doctors with speech difficulty. They were given extra time and asked if the time would be enough for them. He passed the PLAB. In Nigeria, when he takes exam, he has to finish within the alloted time given to people without difficulty.
How do we expect perfection from people who are already with personal difficulties? We need to imbibe grace as a people.
I miss Dr Dora Akunyili so much 🥹🥹
All the work she did! Kai!
She must be up there shaking her head at all fake shit in the country right now. It’s so scary!
Green apple painted red.
Dye in palm oil.
Fake soy sauce and olive oil.
Chicken that’s pretty much water and toxins.
Fake soda.
Fake paracetamol.
Fake yoghurt.
Fake toothpaste.
Fake fake fake!
How is someone supposed to 100% avoid consuming these things? HOW?
Saw a post where someone said “Dear God, don’t let me spend the rest of my life celebrating other people’s answered prayers while mine remain silent.” I had to read it again to understand how deep that prayer point is.

A young girl asked in church why preachers and society always focus on women’s morality. There is so much advice that a woman should be chaste, keep her virginity and curtail lust, but they never do the same to men.
The pastor said Satan uses women a lot to bring decay to society. A woman can easily influence a man, so if she lives a life Satan cannot use, she will protect the man. He also said women carry 70% of sins while men carry only 30%.
These are the kind of patriarchal teachings and conditioning they give to the girl child while the boy child can just zuzuwe, I wish people will open their eyes and see the bias in all these teachings.
Dear Ex-Classmates, 🥺🫶
Some of us didn’t further our education after secondary school.
Some went to university.
Some got married; some are still single.
Some are settled, while others are still struggling to survive.
Some can barely afford two meals a day.
Some have travelled abroad, while others went back to the village.
Some have seen hell and are still going through it.
And sadly, some are no longer with us.
For some, the last classroom they ever sat in was our secondary school classroom, and the last exam they wrote was our final secondary school exam.
In short, life has not been kind to everyone.
So, whenever you call, meet, or run into an old classmate, please keep the conversation simple. Be kind. Be considerate.
The fact that we are still alive and have the opportunity to see one another again is already something worth celebrating. ❤️
Don’t make someone feel less valuable because you’re married, engaged, successful, or have multiple degrees.
If you’re in a better position today, extend a hand and be a blessing to someone. Don’t mock them for where life has placed them.
Life is unpredictable. Today’s advantage can become tomorrow’s struggle.
Be humble. Be kind. And remember where you came from.
That lawyer that’s dragging MTN for stealing her yearly data doesn’t know what she’s doing for the whole Nigeria. These network providers have been stealing from us all, and she’s voicing out our pain.
Even if she needs financial support for the legal case, we will raise it💪🏼
The earlier you understand that the person you take as a friend might not take you as a friend, the better. Know your place in people’s lives. Datiemo!!
