BREAKING: A Texas federal judge has ruled against the FTC's noncompete ban, which will no longer take effect next month.
This adds to the long list of partisan judges obstructing the federal government's ability to regulate big business.
My latest: The Pronatalist movement, along with the actions of the Trump administration in the past year, has engineered a whole-scale attack on women's rights. Taken together, this has allowed the conservative movement to use its authoritarian playbook to strip women of their rights, economic security, and health and well-being. These are not one-off issue areas or separate attacks: this is a coordinated campaign to exert power and control over every aspect of women’s lives.

[1] This morning, federal agents entered a learning center without a warrant and detained a Pre-K teacher in front of the children she cares for. In a video, the woman can be seen telling the agents that she has documentation.

Nearly a month into the government shutdown, millions of families are paying the price for deliberate policy choices by the Trump Administration and Congress.
This is a 🚨manufactured🚨 crisis that’s putting jobs, food, and care at risk.
Sarah McBride became famous as Congress’s first transgender lawmaker.
She just passed her first bill — it helps private equity & hedge fund billionaires prey on the working-class.
McBride touted it as a benefit to Black women & marginalized communities. https://t.co/7f2zMNOkPX
As Republicans passed their budget bill slashing health care and SNAP, @USDOL tried to quietly write regulations making it easier to:
1) Steal workers' wages;
2) Make workers less safe;
3) Intimidate workers trying to organize.
This is what a War on Workers looks like.
Big win for workers!
My amendment to block Trump's illegal attack on collective bargaining rights for DoD workers PASSED out of committee. Collective bargaining isn't a threat to national security; it is what workers deserve.
My latest: The Trump administration is destroying the labor infrastructure it claims to want to build up.
#DOL Secretary Lori Chavez-DeRemer announced 63 deregulatroy actions in their agenda that will harm workers and working families. https://t.co/iJ7f0LNFG5
There are 75 million working women in this country, and we’re done being sidelined. It’s time for a bold national policy agenda that meets the realities of our lives: fair pay, safety at work, support for caregiving, and a real path to leadership. @the75million_
