@wokeretardation @bennyjohnson He recieved his due process when he was ordered deportable, he appealed, lost, then suddenly decided he was "in danger from rival gangs" which admits he WAS a gang member, and sought asylum 7 years later, which then they denied his asylum and stated he was still deportable.
