@SP_EnergyPeople@SPEnergyNetwork Thanks but I can tell if there is a fault by seeing how dark or cold it is in my house when I try to switch something on. Also, not everyone can access a website when the power is off, unless you have a phone with a data plan. I think it’s time for the ombudsman to get involved
