@LKTranslator I never really felt like protesting before but I do now. They can't arrest everybody.

@DisneyHotstarP i just subscribed to your service in Bangkok and I havr spent the best part of the day trying various ways to watch on my TV without success. It’s a @samsung 7 series and the app is apparently not available to add and I cannot mirror from any device. Very cross!

@MartinSLewis More interest hikes? No

It’s becoming clear that this will be a massive test of Rishi Sunak’s desire & ability to distance himself from the moral corruption of Boris Johnson’s premiership. If he fails to act - or acts too late - it will do him enormous harm.

Braverman and Zahawi should both be sacked TODAY.
Retweet if you agree.

Everything wrong with our politics, in one story:
Hedge fund manager buys large estate on Dartmoor.
Uses vast fortune to challenge the right to camp there. Wins.
Local people call on their MP to amend the legislation.
Discover he's been funded by the hedge fund manager.

It's awful to see people responding to this thread by blaming either staff or patients for what is happening to the NHS. In other words, repeating the falsehoods spread by the government and the billionaire press. Don't you realise what they are doing? They *want* it to fail.

This is a really important listen for anyone aged 45 to 70 (and if you're short of time you can do it at 1.5x speed if you like). You can listen at BBC Sounds or anywhere good podcasts are available.

Yesterday I was arrested by @HertsPolice whilst covering a protest on the M25.

I showed my press card, and I was handcuffed almost immediately. My phone was snatched out of my hand. I was searched twice, held in a cell for 5 hours, and I wasn’t questioned whilst in custody.

After an overwhelmingly positive public consultation, @LewishamCouncil rejected the Bell Green Neighbourhood Area, slashing it by two thirds with no justification given. 5 councillors overruled the democratic process. @Nbrhoodplanning @BGNF_Lewisham @Planaidlondon @PrivateEyeNews

Thank you, @maitlis. Speaking the truth in a time of universal deceit is a revolutionary act…

No one has ever called out, with such clarity and sheer authority the "glaring omissions" of UK broadcasters who refuse to discuss Brexit ("the obvious economic cause of major change in this country)" as @maitlis just has here in one minute 👏👏
Absolutely this 💯👇👇👇

An action plan is needed TODAY

They are all in the same party, let's call on them to come together for the good of the nation rather than personal point scoring

People's livliehoods, mental wellbeing & in some cases very lives depend on this

This is a desperate

@emilycpb I literally cannot believe the pay. I mean the rest is also bad, but the pay is disgusting!

"The desire for a #BellGreenNeighbourhoodForum grew out of the public consultation over previous work by @SydenhamSociety & @d__architecture on how Bell Green could look in the future"
Now @BGNF_Lewisham can be formally recognised

@d__architecture @SydenhamSociety @BGNF_Lewisham This is such great news!

[Liam Curran @CllrCurran]

Great news. The #BellGreenNeighbourhoodForum (#BGNF)has already secured funding for 5 air quality monitors in the #BellGreen area. Please watch this space for news next of the @LewishamCouncil public consultation over the creation of the #BGNF and area map.
