Hey @FifthThird when I called to help with account access the only way to verify me was I had to provide the MONTH AND YEAR we opened our Comerica account. That was back in the 1990s! Who the hell knows that information? The service rep literally told me I had one last chance to “guess” I got zero answers on my brokerage acct also. The info received in the mail was confusing. Enrolling online didn’t work- this is absolutely infuriating

Same, as soon as I get access, I am switching banks. Once you finally get ahold of a customer service rep, they will give you (and this is no joke) 2 tries at guessing the year AND month you opened your Comerica account. Mine was opened back in the early 90’s. Had no clue. So once my second guess was over, he told me that was it and he couldn’t help me. This is the biggest train wreck

The @ComericaBank to @FifthThird has been a royal bomb. Long lines in branches. No mobile/online banking functionality. No phone customer service. While the world goes to automated taxis, we're waiting in lines for basic analog needs.

I'm sorry we never got a chance to meet, but getting this note from Dolly really had a an impact on me. She definitely didn't have to take the time to do it. Even for a kid who mostly listened to rap music, she was an icon. A superstar in every sense. Rest easy Dolly. And thank you for the kind words.
