Shocking service @asda online, my order did not arrive, I called customer service twice as they hung up first time to be told, ur order has not had a driver assigned, this means ur order will be cancelled and you will receive refund, call back if you don’t get ur money back

@Pandora_UK This is very deceiving offer, spent over £100 online and when I queried why I did not receive was told due to purchasing a gift set, surely if you spend over £99 it’s the same no matter what you purchase? Very poor customer service

@amazon Do you think it’s acceptable for your delivery drivers to open someone’s front door and place parcel inside the house without authorisation? Then when I try to complain get passed to 3 different people to finally get told 1 hour later, you need to call a number to report
