@Fame_For_Sale No. Although, my video munch munch got claimed a few months back and I had to go through the whole process to get it restored. It's back now.

It is back. YouTube Reviewed my counter notification and instantly restored my video and skipped the whole counter notification process.

I guess YouTube manually reviewed the videos and saw that I did not infringe anyone's copyright. Manual reviews should be done before (1/2)

They take down a video and not after. How can they rely on a computer to distinguish whether or not a video does infringe on copyright.

Just drove past a dealership with these cars in it! Lamborghini Reventon (1 of 20 made), Aston Martin Vulcan (1 of 24), McLaren P1 GTR, koenigsegg agera n (Behind the P1), Ferrari 599 GTO, and a few more.

I can't even comprehend how much they are worth in total.

I have the guys personal email and I have let him know that I believe this takedown is not justified. I find it aweful that YouTube makes it so easy to claim videos without proper grounds to do so.

This channel has taken down my video because we had the same idea for a video. My video contains nothing from his video other than the main sources of which he does not own. I am reporting his channel for abuse of the copyright takedown system. I have sent a counter notification.

@jansenma07 @ProSyndicate @LifeOfTom Assuming he has insurance, the plate is all you need. If the driver says they wasn't driving, they'll have to tell them who was driving or he'll receive the punishment for the offences commited.
