Today at Stanford Bio, Cremer lab hosted the celebration of 100th anniversary of E.coliK12, one of the widely studied bacterium(& lab's favorite)! It all started here as it was isolated from the stool of a convalescent diphtheria patient in Palo Alto in 1922
