I am using half yearly Airtel Brodband plan (6 Months) and in the month of Jan 2022,I have requested for safe custody and I was paying safe custody bill every month whatever amount was reflected in Airtel Thanks App.

Hi, As informed earlier, we have already processed the necessary waiver for your broadband account in January 2022. Your bill is valid and legitimate as you are being charged on prorate basis for the tariff of your broadband services. Hope this help

Yes, they are creating unnecessary mess then you have to chase to get it resolve but Airtel can keep things simple so we don't need to raise a concern @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia
