Wow just received a desk from @litfad and Iβve never seen such poor quality, paid Β£250 for a Β£20 quality desk. Cannot seem to get a refund eitherβ¦
So terribly disappointed by @SamsungUK . Ordered a free standing freezer (expensive version!) and itβs been faulty for the past year.
Because we forgot to register it itβs not covered by the warranty dispute the fact that thereβs a huge sticker saying 10 years guarantee on it.
Weβve finally arrived yesterday after having an 8h delay to our @LeShuttle π³ and missing our checkin time in our rental place in France. With 2 kids and a dog it was a slight inconvenience π€―. Lack of communication was appalling as advertising a 3h delay! Whereβs my refund??
