@dpdireland : 2 months and still no resolution on my case. In that two months DPD kept my parcel in depot, failed delivery, started a return to sender without informing me and then "lost" my parcel. 15+ emails, FB, tweets, multiple calls without answer and no resolution.
@dpdireland Dear team, could I please get an update on consignment: 32547540. 3 weeks trying to get any status update (FB, emails, phonecalls all no answer) from DPD. App says "held in depot". Loyal customer very disappointed, many other DPD deliveries came through.
