2. the cause and affected area
3. a credible restoration time
4. recurring updates
5. automatic credits for every affected Fiber and wireless customer
AT&T’s outage map acknowledged an outage in our ZIP. Now my account says “Connected — All clear” while residents remain offline. Miami Beach says lanes at 71st/Indian Creek are closed for AT&T emergency work. Why are customers being told service is restored when it is not?
