@julierehmeyer When I had my first dystonia at an appointment in the hospital, the doctor called 911. I was strapped to a stretcher and placed under a flickering fluorescent light in the hallway for 3 hours. I don’t think anyone read this. Haha.

@tara_taylor It’s so interesting in the comments. Healthcare is such a challenge that a long term investment has us recognizing it as not an investment in the short term. I just hope the program is as good as the Math at X ;)

Me too! Unreal to see what people with challenging disabilities do to enjoy work and life. I am changed now as I used to see a cane or or chair and feel sorry, but now see a tool that makes something easier. And the number seems low…

@kmaclean5 It’s a good spot to enter the neck to avoid a facial nerve that is tough as it goes along the chin. However, everyone responded with their scar phots to show the correct way. this is someone’s example of how it’s done in the States that deal with the CCI / EDS patients.
