@WestJet last flight home was cancelled and was rebooked 24hrs later. Spent hours on hold, getting hung up on, trying to get an earlier flight. Staff stated that WestJet wouldn't pay for anything due to weather, then they said to claim anyway. Out of pocket & no answers
