Further to my last, I feel it’s my duty to discuss refractory VF

Double sequential defibrillation or vector change defibrillation strategy may be considered for adults who remain in VF or pVT after 3 or more consecutive shocks

This is inline with previous ILCOR CoSTR from 2023
