@ArrivaHerts For months now the 310 Waltham Cross / Hertford has been hit by massive delays , cancellations and inaccurate real time information, on a daily basis at all times . The situation is a farce . Any chance you could actually provide a regular service ?

@sainsburys I’ve just turned up at your Acton Horn Lane to pick up a large food to go order i booked weeks ago, for an event i have in 27 minutes and half of it missing - your staff have said they haven’t received it - my event is totally ruined and nothing i can do about it now
