@DelgadoforNY Just bankrupt the whole state with this nonsense. Tensnt move after 40yrs pays 400 per month, the ll is supposed to fix the apt and rent it out for 400$ while facing rising costs and 12 % yearly re tax increase. Tell the true story delgado. U just want to jump on the dsa train.
@DelgadoforNY You such a liar raised taxes by 12 percent this year rsa increase is 2.75. Who is the thief the lies and failing math put out by people like you or the small landlord
@_Beahmer_@ImMeme0 Thought that was you Judge Beahmer. Judgement and sentence passed on every NYer regardless of what their physical and disability circumstances are.
You are a total idiot and wooooo. So scared of your dumb transplanted new yorker judgements
So scared of youπ«¨
@_Beahmer_@ImMeme0 Maybe they were elderly maybe they were disabled maybe they were not home maybe they were sick or maybe they were not strong enough to dig their cars out maybe you should've gone to help them since you seem to know everything
@Beth239@ImMeme0 Landlords cleaned the sidewalks. The sidewalks by parks underpasses overpasses and streets as well as intersections are city responsibly. Landlords and home owners pay taxes as well
My block was plowed once on Sunday the day of the storm no one v ever passed again
@Beth239@ImMeme0 So are the citizens or homeowners responsible for shoveling our the mountains of snow in the streets and in the crosswalk intersections too. π
@KennyBurgosNY And new tax assessments. Crazy thought everything is free
It is amazing how people don't realize that someone is paying for free stuff π€·ββοΈπ
@davidjeadie@Kaze34272057@InnaVernikov@NYCSanitation Is that a law ? What is you are elderly disabled not strong enough to fit our the ice that the va plows threw against the cars. My block was plowed once the day of the storm. No salt no plows ever since. Street still has original snow accumulation which is a sheet of ice
@MarioNawfal@MoisaQuasi Oh and start taking care of nycha first. Make it collectively work. No one deserves to live in those city owned building conditions
