@DTE_Energy what in the actual hell is going on with your service? I can’t believe how many times I have lost power. It’s unbelievable how shitty the service is and not to mention unreliable. I have tried reaching out. Need help!!!!!!

@MotherhoodMat I have never once encountered such a difficult customer service experience from a company where I am actually trying to spend more money with them.
Very unfortunate that a company like @MotherhoodMat cannot provide appropriate customer service when I am literally asking to repurchase a product from them and give them more business. Shocking. Horrible experience.
@FitbitSupport I am so beyond frustrated I have to completely force restart everything every single day to get my push notifications to come through. I never had an issue before the last update. I don’t get any notifications anymore. I’ve tried everything.
@Menards has the worst customer service. Enjoy my $75 bucks for my lost shipment. Sincere thanks for the 0% effort in trying to recover it or replace what wasn’t received.
@Menards split my shipment into two and one got lost. Doing nothing to help replace the loss shipment. Very disappointed, guess I’ll shop at @Lowes or @HomeDepot from now on.
Apparently the only way you can get any kind of CS is through Twitter so I’ll try it here. @OXO get your house in order. It’s been nearly 6 months of emails, you haven’t resolved my problem, and I’ve had to resend the same information 4 times. Ridiculous.
