@airindia @AirIndiaX @makemytrip @makemytripcare u have the luxury of delaying flights / refunds , exposing passengers to accidents due yo defective aircrafts but when it comes to giving refunds & extensions for redemptions / encashing vouchers of senior loyal MAHARAJA customers there is a RUDE negative response after 7 follow ups - thus is not the TATA v have known - will expect an immediate response from a SENIOR executive to resolve these issues email - [email protected] will await a quick response 🙏 #airtravel #passenger-grievance #Tatason
