This isn’t a one-off. @rapidobikeapp drivers frequently refuel during trips — airport runs, morning meetings, doesn’t matter. They’ll stop halfway, tank up, or bail. It’s a pattern.
Faster to book, sure. But slower to arrive — or arrive at all.

Tried @rapidobikeapp for “faster” rides. Driver stopped mid-trip to refuel, dropped me on the road, marked the trip complete & bailed. Missed a critical meeting. Support: “He’d have dropped you anyway.”

All of us consumers should form online forums for these cases. That way, our grievances will get more traction.

@Airtel_Presence@airtelindia I switched from local provider to “Xtreme fibre” due to frequent disconnections and outage. Turns out you are worse. I have no WiFi for second day. That too on Thursday and Friday - when I have the most work load.

An AirTel user for over a decade. I switched to their broadband. Their service has been the worst experience in my lifetime. The outages are more frequent and they don’t even inform you. Then, they resolve it on their own sweet timeline @airtelindia , you suck!!
Well, it is gone again. For two more days. Irony is just when I raise a complaint, they drop a message 10 mins after saying “There will be outage due to system upgrade”. The assigned executive kept changing till the next day. @airtelindia@reliancejio
