The County Directorate of Education, in partnership with UNICEF Kenya, is set to launch the “Children on the Margin, Life skills and Values” Project, an initiative targeting young learners in 80 schools across the county.
It was uplifting to meet children at the Kalobeyei refugee reception centre. They’re receiving protection & support thanks to dedicated teams on the ground, partners & donors. But this is not enough. Together, we need to do more to ensure every child has the future they deserve.

The Turkana County Score II water project was officially launched today with the aim of providing climate-resilient water solutions to communities.
Funded by @KenyaKoica, the project aims to rehabilitate and drill boreholes to supply safe water for families in 620 villages.
