We did it. After rowing across the Atlantic Ocean, Team Row For It landed in Antigua on Wednesday 26th March—exhausted, sunburned, emotional… and absolutely buzzing. 🌺🔥

From Lanzarote to Antigua, every mile, wave, and blister was worth it. 3,200+ nautical miles. Four teammates. One boat. Countless stories. And one mission—to raise money for causes close to our hearts. 💙

**LAND HO! (Well, almost…)**

It’s 5:45am and after **53 days at sea**, dodging flying fish, riding waves the size of houses, and perfecting the art of eating freeze-dried meals in a storm... we’ve got **just 12 nautical miles to go**!

In about **4 hours**, we’ll be rowing into **Jolly Harbour** like salty, sunburnt champions – and honestly, we’ve *never* been more excited to sit on a toilet that doesn’t move.

We’ve laughed, we’ve cried (mostly when we ran out of snacks), and we’ve rowed our way across an ocean for 4 incredible causes. Now we need one last push from you!

The para-anchor 🪂⚓️ is back up and the @RowForIt25 Team managed to gain 14 nautical miles despite the wind and sea current being against them. Well done 💪

🚣‍♂️ Battling the Storm & Deploying the Para Anchor 🌊

Last night, the storm rolled in, and despite giving it everything we had—three grueling hours for just one nautical mile—we had to admit defeat. With the wind hammering against the bow and progress at a standstill, we deployed the para anchor.

The para anchor is a vital tool out here, acting like an underwater parachute. It helps keep the boat stable, preventing us from being pushed too far off course or drifting backward in strong winds and rough seas. While we weren’t making forward progress, we also weren’t losing hard-earned miles.

Now, as the conditions improve, Pete & Neil are retrieving the para anchor, and we’re gearing up to get back on the oars. Time to push forward once again—fingers crossed the storm has left us with some kinder waters!

🛏️ **A full night’s sleep in a real bed?**
