@ThaDervster Suggest you set an appointment with Printware (local Apple service provider) and have them guide you. Ofcourse it’s easier to just walk in an Apple Store. I believe they would replace it with a new one however they may not have it in stock and have to source it form Apple.

@DuncanAdley If you recently upgraded the IOS it’s common for the battery performance to be poor as it’s indexing for Siri and others in the background (constant processing). This usually takes about a week depending on whether you are on WiFi or powered most of the time. Give it some time.
