Ordered Xmas gifts on @arsenal Direct website 2 weeks ago and despite being in stock, they’ve not shipped yet. You’d think messaging or calling them would help. Nope. Msg’s get generic AI replies & calling them results in a dead end menu saying to send a message. #TerribleService

@mptickner @TicketmasterUK @Arsenal Always the same from Ticketmaster. I followed up with them about the same issues and in the end there was nothing they could do. I wish there was an alternative to TM, as I would happily never use TM again

Well done @TicketmasterUK - Ive not logged in 4 2wks, after buying tix, & I get email saying my account is restricted due 2 unusual activity. & I need to visit a URL I don’t recognise & submit ID docs or my account gets blocked.Looks like a phish, but isnt.But can’t verify.Poor!

@TicketmasterCS That doesn’t verify the email is genuine. Scammers send similar emails. Your system should also indicate within a persons account that they need to verify, so that individuals can check email is legit #phishingawareness

Got asked to complete ID verification for my @TicketmasterUK account because of activity on account. What? you mean queuing up, having to re-enter queue 10x because tickets disappear, and then eventually buying tickets. How about u use your own site and you’d understand the issue

I wish someone would see sense and change the name from X back to Twitter. I’m tired of reading any news article that mentions X, because they still feel the need to say “X, formerly Twitter….”

Does anyone else wonder how @McDonaldsUK get away with getting home delivery orders incorrect about 50% of the time. It’s become a joke.
I wonder whether @TradeStandards are aware of this and could investigate, as it’s borderline institutionalised fraud
