So @Samsung what am I to do? You agree keeping it safe in its box was the right thing to do yet now it’s damaged I’m over the 28 days so you can’t help me? What sort of poor service is that?

Anyone else being bullied by @Samsung ? my fridge arrived but my extension wasn’t ready so I kept it safe in its box. Open it to get it fitted and it’s damaged. @Samsung won’t do a thing about it as it’s over 28 days?Yet @Samsung agree keeping it in the box safe was right?!??
