So, CBC "was introduced to shift the focus to the learners and how they can learn and develop skills on their own."
Kenyans, this is dysfunctional, and it's amazing that the article authors didn't notice it. The point of being a child is to be taught by, and learn from adults. If you say children will learn on their own, you're basically saying that they'll learn from the media. And this was the dissonance of CBC. It doesn't want adults to teach kids, but wants parents to be involved, which is basically reducing parents to nannies with no moral authority and emotional connection to their children.
And teachers are reporting that this mis-education of children by parents is already happening.
Anyway, #CBCisheretostay.

Prayer shouldnât only change what you ask for. It can change how you live.
Pray for wisdom, then become teachable.
Pray for peace, then confront what disturbs it.
Pray for healing, then face what needs healing.
Sometimes the answer begins with you.
đš BREAKING: Senator Edwin Sifuna has reportedly been blocked from entering JKUAT, where he was scheduled to address students.
That raises a very simple question: Why would a public university block a sitting Senator from addressing students?
What's happening is wrong
Stop confusing chaos with chemistry.
The right people can challenge you without humiliating you, disagree without destroying trust, and hold you accountable without attacking your identity.
Ask yourself:
âWho do I become around these people?â
Thatâs Identity Reset.
You donât understand people by asking, âWhat would I have done?â
Ask, âWhat might they have experienced?â
Your story explains your standards. Their story explains theirs.
Understanding doesnât excuse behavior. It makes accountability wiser.
Thatâs Identity Reset.
Sympathy notices your pain.
Empathy tries to understand your experience.
But empathy doesnât mean absorbing someone elseâs emotions.
You can listen without fixing, care without rescuing, understand without agreeing, and support someone without losing yourself.
âDaddy issuesâ isnât a diagnosis. Itâs often a careless label placed on complicated wounds.
Donât ask, âWhatâs wrong with them?â
Ask, âWhat did they learn about love, trust, safety and self-worth?â
Understand the pattern. Then decide if it still serves you.

đš THIS IS BIGGER THAN A FOREST.
We can confirm Over 15,000 acres of forest land are being degazetted to allow the land to be titled and sold.
The areas include:
- Mount Elgon Forest - 11,483 acres
- Turbo Forest - 3,069 acres
- Kakamega Forest(Shiru) -235 acres
- Kakamega Forest(Shaviringa) - 89 acres
-South Nandi Forest (Chepkumia Area): -2,444 acres
That is 15,000+ acres.
Hereâs what should worry Kenyans: we reached out to locals in some of these areas. Many say they don't even know what is happening.
Meanwhile, sources allege that politicians, including senior ones, are already positioning themselves around the land, with different plans for what happens after.
I have gone through some documents.
The process was initiated through a petition to Parliament by CS Deborah Barasa, and a recent parliamentary report shows the matter was approved and is in final stage.
So ask yourself:
Why is 15,000+ acres of forest being opened up for possible private ownership while the people living around it say they were never told?
And perhaps the bigger question:
Who stands to benefit when the forest becomes private land? We know the first lady reportedly adopted Kakamega Forest.
We are still digging.
The documents get more interesting from here.

Humanity has countless ideas about God.
Yet many traditions also recognize something that pulls us away from truth, compassion, humility, and integrity.
Call it the Devil, ego, temptation, ignorance, or destructive impulse.
The language differs. The human struggle remains.
