@LNER hats off to Kevin at London KC this evening who went out of his way to help our family, including my mother-in-law, who walks with difficulty, get onto the 18:18 train to Newcastle. Kevin went out of his way to assist us - he even went and got a wheelchair. Bless you.
@LNER@twoagatha Hello LNER, I commute from York to London. Once a day the trolley is cash only. How is this possible? How is it possible that I spend over £1400 monthly but there are not seats guaranteed for season ticket holders yet on the airlines I am rewarded with first class upgrades?
@CpWelburn Remembrance Day service in Malton today. Community is important to learning from the past and education the bridge into the future. We are fortunate to have our children receiving a sound education @CpWelburn, thank you to each member of staff for making each day important.
@CpWelburn These are the kind of added value exercises that naturally teach children to think of others, grow into responsible citizens, and benefit those whose normal daily resources are less than our throw away or used resources. Thank you to the staff for all you do.
@GemmaHopePolicy@LeonardCheshire What a game changer for @LeonardCheshire to have you on the team Gemma. I look forward to seeing your brilliance in action in the coming months and years. May this new role herald a period of tranquility and personal growth with sustainable benefits for your beneficiaries
@HawkMalMust@LNER It is easy to conclude you are all alone when the obstacles in your day appear insurmountable and you no longer trust you will be “heard” or have the right to say what you are feeling. The person next to me might feel that way and my words can isolate or encourage.
@CpWelburn Well done Class 4 and the staff who plan and lead these events. I am so grateful my child attends and benefits from the caring, professional, and learning environment. It would not be possible without the commitment of the staff and Head. Thank you.
@CpWelburn How grateful I am for all the hard work of the teachers, Head, and volunteers. The website reflects the values and high standards of the school
All over the world there are individuals accomplishing impossible things simply because they will not accept the impossible. What a privilege I had today to meet the Rev Kwak, Chair of Green Tree International. Effective partners are the key to overcoming barriers in society
A great pleasure to meet the Chair of Green Tree International today and colleagues to discuss joint education related partnership opportunities particularly for those with disabilities in specific countries.
@ClareMAG1@ShawTrust@womenworkappg Clare is one of the unsung heroes of our time, in an equal world Clare and individuals like her would be leading the world in showcasing a way forward for all, despite any obstacles - physical, mental, or anything else - long may Clare’s voice resound across our communities.
Delighted to hear that 18 students from @Westking serving at the #ClinkBall2019 at the Royal Lancaster Hotel received job offers after the event from the hotel. Just shows the difference we can make by unselfishly working together. Congratulations to all involved.
Brilliant event by, inspirational and a pleasure to participate and support this important work. The only difference between not succeeding in life and leading a confident, meaningful life is having support when required and perseverance and belief in the future. Let’s do more.
@SMCommission relaunch is an opportunity for civic society and community stakeholders to align around the commission to make a difference in the life chances of tens of thousands of people who simply need a fair chance to succeed
