You lift to build muscle, just because you’re sweating a lot and breathing heavy doesn’t mean it was a good workout.
Although any activity is great, you can save yourself a lot of time and effort by working out effectively.
You don’t fail if you don’t quit.
If it’s important to you, keep going.
You’ll have set back along the way.
But those are the things that prepare you for the success you will eventually have.
Pushing things off will only produce more anxiety and stress about it.
Just because you push it off does not mean the problem will go away.
It will only make it worse.
Reduce stress and anxiety by…
Taking action on it today!
Be mindful of your thoughts, if you ask yourself to recall negative experiences that’s what you’ll get.

You get what you ask for.
Chopping your neighbors furniture up to pieces won’t make your house look any better.
Just as gossiping about someone doesn’t make you a better you, or me a better me.
Talk about people, but only positively.

Getting active for 20+ minutes a day
Eating enough protein for your needs
If you aren’t doing these, here’s where you start.
