My honest opinion on $QUBIC

Great tech, great team. From a pure software engineering perspective, they deliver a lot—not gonna lie.

From a marketing standpoint, I think the work has paid off. Switching the AMA from Discord (a closed environment) to X was a genius move. The official Qubic account has now reached 100k+ followers, and they’re not bots, so the strategy is working.

However, the project needs strong partnerships. You can have the best tech in the world, but it’s nothing without distribution, business development, and solid partnerships.

I like CFB’s sarcasm, but I think it’s hurting the project. It can be confusing at times—people don’t always know when he’s trolling or being serious. It also creates the feeling that some promises weren’t delivered…

“Qubic will have its own bull run,” “it will reach 1 cent in 3 years (from 2023),” “300k buyback…” and other statements made on the official Discord. Meanwhile, the price action has been absolutely terrible. It’s one of the worst in #crypto. It pumps 35%, then dumps 70% within two weeks. We can’t even hold any price level—that’s what disappoints me the most.

Another issue is the community dynamic. When people express their opinions about Qubic on X or Discord, they often get attacked, and some are even threatened with being blocked. This makes the project look like a cult. Everyone should be able to share their opinion without being targeted.

That being said, I expect much better from Qubic. I haven’t sold any, and I’m not planning to. I’ll ride this to zero if needed—but it definitely hurts.
