JUST IN: RFK Jr. pushes to create a regulated marketplace for peptides, declaring “Americans are going to be buying these anyway,” regardless of restrictions.
Stopped drinking alcohol a while back and the changes still surprise me.
Sleep is deeper, mornings are clearer, and I have more patience left at the end of the day for the people I actually care about.
None of it felt dramatic in the moment, but looking back it’s one of the cleaner improvements I’ve made.
Still adjusting to how normal it feels now.
Funny thing is, I don’t even miss it.
I’ve been thinking about how much changes when you decide to actually move somewhere new instead of just talking about it.
The logistics are one thing. The mental part is different.
Still in it.
Curious how other people handled the in-between.
I keep starting things and then getting quiet for a while. Not because I don’t care about them, just because life gets loud.
Trying to get better at writing the quiet parts down anyway.
If you’re in the middle of something that doesn’t look finished yet, I get it.
@lakemandude@RegenRandy I feel you my dude.
Alcohol only makes things worse and not better. Nothing beneficial about it.
A healthy lifestyle is the way to go.
@CoffeeBlackMD@cooljerdoc What do you recommend. Would it be better to take Tadalifil at night before sleep or in the morning?
I enjoy how I feel when lifting weights at the gym about 30 minutes before training.
Yes, that's the correct way to go about, it'll work. Make sure to say you have shift-work-sleep disorder and that you have a hard time staying awake and most importantly when operating a vehicle you fear you'll fall asleep at the wheel.
Might start you off with a low dose of 100mg a few days a week which is just fine to start off with.
Reply back and let me know what happens.
Good luck!
@EricTopol@kowsmann@saraashleyo It is fairly straightforward: perform due diligence, investigate the company, and seek authentic COAs. If that proves insufficient, submit the vial for testing.
Several reputable research firms provide full transparency regarding legitimate peptides.
