Bobby Bones is literally a human male species with no spine. Stop being a snowflake. Stop caving to what's appropriate. Stop acting scared about what you believe is true, and stop being worried about expressing it. If you can't, or don't have guts to stand up for what you think you feel is normal or ok, I don't know who else could, or might have a platform to do so. Why did you disable comments on your post about this conversation? So disappointing. If you truly feel you made a mistake, why not let the comments be open and you can defend your position. Here's the thing. It's not organic. You didn't just have an epiphany and realized what you said was wrong and could've been misinterpreted. Your bosses and the backlash you received made you feel like you have no choice but to disable comments and act like you didn't watch the whole clip or you misspoke or whatever else it is that you want us to believe this was.
This is a second time I am desperately disappointed in this man. First time was when Morgan Wallen secretly recorded saying racial stuff to his black friends, and got immediately cancelled and denounced by Bobby, I'm sure perfectly coordinated by his bosses at the radio.
I shall no longer let my kids listen to his show, just cause they enjoy the trivia on the way to school.
You want to be a sheep, go ahead and follow what the masters tell you to say or do. You probably can't afford to lose all the commercial deals you have. But if that's the case, you should stop advocating for mental health care for teens, or adults for that matter, while you bring in big bucks from doing ads for draft kings. Look it up Bobby.
Look what sports betting is doing to youngest generation in this country that's legally allowed to place sports bets.
Grow a spine. You really want to be a role model? Stand behind what you feel and believe. Don't cave in to what they tell you to feel or believe. Much harder said than done.
