@HMRCcustomers Is there anyway to speak to someone in confidence rather than publicly? I have just paid my payment on account for July but don't understand why the recently submitted SA seems to be double what it should be in tax.

@MartinSLewis@BlueBayTravel I know you’re inundated but how can a travel op say changing from one Maldives island to another is a minor change. All the islands are unique/different, there’s no like for like. I want my money back under package holiday regs, they’re refusing🤯

All the island and unique and different which is the beauty of the Maldives. There’s no like for like. Where are you at now?
@BlueBayTravel so you’ve now blocked a post I put on your Facebook page purely because I was asking what is happening about the Maldivian island holiday I have booked for October, along with many other customers, where you know the island is closed til 2021.

@BlueBayTravel - shocking customer service. You’ve known our package holiday Maldives hotel has been closed til 2021 for at least 4 weeks, you’ve still not come back to offer a refund. A different island is a significant change, not a minor one - who are you kidding?
