Sadly see a lot of DV 2020/2021 winners ask on posts if there's any hope for them. The hope hasn't changed. We are all still waiting on the appeal. But note even if succeed in court there aren't enough reserved visas for everyone. So work on a plan B away from social media.

Just a word of warning.

If you use a lawyer for DV cases, and that lawyer doesn't properly understand how cases are scheduled, how visas are allocated, filing deadlines and opportunities and so on, you might be in a worse position than taking responsibility for your own case.
