Warning!

Mobile phone usage in children is causing a huge increase in impatience, irritability, anxiety and loss of mental resilience.

From 8 to 12 - more impatience and irritability

From 13 -18 in addition there is more anxiety.

This drives them to alcohol, drugs and food to look for a way out.

Children less than 5 years should have a maximum 1 hour a day(preferably less) on all digital devices/screens combined unless it’s needed for school or something extremely essential.

Below 5 should avoid as much as possible.

Less than 2 years should have no screen time at all.
