Not sure if any of our amazing contacts can offer any helpful suggestions? Our serving freezer has broken and we need to take the parlour door off and get it taken away, we’ve tried our usual locksmiths, but as the serve over freezer is really heavy, not sure who will do it!
We have no POS again… this is the 3rd time in 6 months, we can’t take any payments, it’s just not good enough @ShopifySupport#shopify and we’re never entitled to any compensation, it’s an appalling way to treat your customers
@OJRestorations@ShopifySupport We’re having the same issue, last week #Shopify failed & we couldn’t take payments, now we have no payouts and there’s never any compensation just massive inconvenience for us and our customers. @ShopifySupport . Very expensive poor service.
