@MoCA_GoI was to pay for all my seats. Despite of speaking to the customer care staff no one could help me. Isn’t this unfair that now customers mandatorily have to pay for their seats too despite of being okay with auto assigned seats.

@MoCA_GoI (1/3) I recently booked a flight with Asaka Air on the air ticket it was clearly mentioned that a web check in is mandatory. However, they didn’t mention anywhere that the option of auto assigned seats is available only 6 hours prior to the flight time.

@Swiggy (2/2) my claim couldn’t be substantiated. Now my concern here is even after sending all proofs swiggy isn’t reimbursing my money for a basic coke and harassing me so much. I would genuinely recommend people to not trust these guys with any online payments.
