I counsel several of my patients about delaying/avoiding #pregnancy, bocz of CKD, lupus,transplant etc. Some pts I give a green signal under careful monitoring but then even after repeated efforts they are not able to #concieve. Then I myself get #pregnant bump starts showing 1/

✅ iv fluid for high risk inpatients (eg eGFR <30)
✅ There’s no renal reason to delay emergency imaging (though discuss if you must)
