@india_whirlpool i had bought a double door whirlpool fridge from amazon approx 15 days back.there is problem in the fridge but after multiple complaints my problem is not solved.whirlpool service manager is saying that problem will not be solved .

@AmazonHelp Yes I contacted but they are saying you have replace your item from whirlpool we can’t replaced it bcz it’s an internal damage and whirlpool is saying that this damage is not repairable so replace it from Amazon .whirlpool team had sent an email to Amazon about product

@AmazonHelp Replacement status is on but it goes to call Amazon technician but Amazon technician is denying to replace the item .he is telling to take replacement from whirlpool .

@amazonIN worst customer support nobody is taking responsibility Amazon is saying whirlpool will replace,whirlpool is saying Amazon will replace the fridge.
