We are coming back across the bridge with a 24-6 victory over the Sault Ste Marie Blue Devils. We overcame a lot of adversity today and came together for a team victory. We appreciate the hospitality of the Sault athletic department and coaching staff as they fed our team after the contest. Go Sharks!!

We would like to thank the Sault Area High School Blue Devils for giving us an opportunity to play week one as our initial opponent, Roscommon, forfeited their game to us. We will not accept the forfeit, and will instead travel and compete.

Our players have put in too much time this offseason to not play in week one. We will do our best as a D8 school to continue to build our program in an era where it has become easy to quit. Our 16 varsity players (4 seniors) have decided to accept the challenge and overachieve this season.

Go Sharks!!

🦈 I had a chance to help out at our youth camp last night with my teammates. It was great seeing all the young guys coming up and how excited they are for football season. Looks like they have big plans too 💪🏈

Last August I had a season ending injury that limited my time in the weight room, wrestling came and went and now I’m finally able to lift consistently and gain muscle mass again

Nearly every player in our football program attended the volunteer lifting and conditioning last night. Our players are making gains because of their consistency and parent support. #BeGoodNow #gosharksfb
