Yesterday, we launched the @OfficialMubs Strategic Plan 2025-2030 under the theme “Transforming into a Global Innovative Institution for Business and Management Education, Research and Training.”
This Plan sets our direction in strengthening teaching and learning, advancing digital transformation, expanding research and innovation, enhancing student and staff welfare, and strengthening governance and partnerships.
The launch concluded with a tour of ongoing projects, including the renovation and expansion of the classroom block, and a tree-planting ceremony led by the Chairperson of Council,@LumonyaOlive , and the Deputy Governor, @BOU_Official@ProfNuwagaba , symbolizing our commitment to environmental sustainability and institutional growth.
I appreciate the Strategic Plan Committee and MUBS Council for their leadership in guiding this important milestone.

Today, I had the opportunity to lecture @MODVA_UPDF officers at the Oliver Tambo School of Leadership and the Pan-African Centre of Excellence, Kaweweta, on transformational leadership skills for security forces. It was a valuable and enriching experience, which I greatly appreciated.
